FinanceBoston, a real estate investment and advisory company in Boston, has hired Jane Voss as an Associate at the rapidly growing firm.

Voss specializes in raising debt and equity for commercial real estate investors and developers, covering a broad spectrum of asset classes and risk-return profiles. She also supports the FinanceBoston team’s underwriting efforts, bringing years of commercial real estate financial modeling experience to the firm.

Previously, Voss was a Senior Associate with CBRE’s New England Capital Markets group, where she developed a network of Greater Boston area clients. She worked at Eastdil Secured in Atlanta before that, underwriting and participating in the marketing and sale of institutional-quality office, retail, industrial and land assets valued at more than $3 billion.

Voss earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Boston University. Originally from New Orleans, she now lives in Boston.
