BOSTON MA — FinanceBoston has arranged a $8.5 million senior loan secured by a mixed use property in Boston’s South End neighborhood. The brick property was constructed in 1920, and includes extensive period details to go along with ample below grade parking and excellent frontage on two of the neighborhood’s premier streets, Appleton and Tremont.
