FinanceBoston has arranged a $2,437,500 senior acquisition loan for the acquisition and pre-development activities for a mixed-use property with 4 stories over ground-level retail space, located at the Gateway to the North End alongside the Rose Kennedy Greenway. The premier location is a short walk from the nearby fine restaurants and eateries of the North End, offering immediate entry to the Haymarket MBTA station and unrivaled access to the vibrant Downtown and West End areas of Boston.
