Patrick started his career in the Mortgage Industry over twelve years ago as a loan processor and underwriter, eventually becoming Assistant Vice President of Residential and Commercial Mortgage Lending in the local banking community. Later, Patrick also became a Regional Sales Manager, training and managing a team of Loan Officers. A consummate mortgage professional, Patrick is a Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist and an expert in all areas of Residential and Commercial Real Estate financing. He is an active member of the Irish Networking Society and the Boston Chapter of the Irish Chamber of Commerce.

Dan McDuffie, Founder and VP Operations
As a co-founder of FinanceBoston, Dan focuses on all aspects of Loan Operations as well as Lender selection and relations, and also serves as a Senior Mortgage Officer for both residential and commercial loans. Dan started his career in the telecommunications industry where he quickly rose to senior management positions in sales and marketing, and later business development and mergers/acquisitions. He entered the real estate finance market in 2002 as a loan officer and then became a leading originator and branch manager for Northern Mortgage Services in North Andover. Dan graduated from Boston University and an active member of the Merrimack Valley business community.

Michael Mulcahy, Founder and CFO
Michael Mulcahy has ten years of experience in the accountancy profession and banking industry. His focus includes securing commercial mortgages and construction and development financing for his commercial clients, as well as running the finance and compliance function of FinanceBoston ensuring it adheres to all the strict State & Federal guidelines. His ten years of experience working for such leaders as Deloitte & Touche and State Street Bank have given him a good foundation to fulfill these important roles. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Accountancy & Finance Degree from Dublin City University in 1995 and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland. Michael is also on the executive committee of the Boston Irish Wolfhounds Rugby Football Club.

Clare Saunders, Loan Officer
Originally from Belfast, Northern Ireland, Clare moved to the United States in 2002. After spending three years in the Financial Industry she made the transition into the residential mortgage field where she excels as a loan processor and originator. Clare is an active member of the Ireland Chamber of Commerce, University of Ulster Alumni Association and the Irish Immigration Center.

Patrick McCrossan, Loan Officer
Born and raised in Yonkers, New York, Patrick graduated from Seton Hall University with a Business Degree. He worked in Professional Sports for the NJ Devils, NJ Nets and Miami Heat Basketball team before moving into Nonprofit with the American Diabetes Association as a Corporate Fundraiser. Patrick is actively involved with the Seton Hall University Alumni, Juvenile Diabetes Foundation, American Diabetes Association, American Ireland Fund and the Ireland Chamber of Commerce.

Fergal Woods possesses 13 years of experience in banking and real estate financing and features a track record of success in investment and asset management. He is the managing partner at FinanceBoston, which he co-founded in 2004. FinanceBoston provides a full suite of financing & accounting services to the real estate sector.

Active in the Boston business community, Fergal founded the Irish Networking Society, is currently the President of the Ireland Chamber of Commerce in the U.S., and once served on the junior board of the Catholic Schools Foundation. Fergal received a Bachelor of Business Studies Degree from Dublin City University in 1994 and an M.B.A. from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College in 2000.
