Paul has over 30 years experience in real estate development and construction. His experience includes site selection, due diligence, pre-construction analysis, site approval, development and design, construction, and asset management. Some career highlights include the building, development, and acquisition of over 5,000 high-end homes, condominiums, apartments, and commercial construction valued in excess of $2 billion.

As Vice President of Roseland Property company Paul was involved in the approval process of some of the largest development projects in Massachusetts such as Rowe Quarry in Malden/Revere a 3,000 unit mixed use development, Pier One in east Boston a 600 unit luxury condominium project on the waterfront, and The Hingham Shipyard a $300 million mixed use development on the South Shore.

At RECOLL Paul oversaw the management of all Bank Real Estate Owned assets. RECOLL Management Corp. was established in 1991 specifically to manage, collect, and liquidate a $6.5 billion pool of assets from the failed Bank of New England. The Company was one of the largest private asset management companies in the country, which provided centralized management, value preservation, and marketing support for the banks real estate owned assets.

As President and CEO of The Stabile Companies in Southern New Hampshire, a 30 year old homebuilding, general contracting and property management company Paul was responsible for not only the day to day management of the company but also for identifying and negotiating new deals and taking them through the entitlement process.

Paul received a Bachelor of Science Degree from The Dublin Institute of Technology and The London City and Guilds in 1974.
